Stuart Holden was left out with a knock so here is the match roster...
G: Jon Busch (Chicago Fire), Troy Perkins (Vålerenga)
D: Jonathan Bornstein (Chivas USA), Danny Califf (FC Midtjylland), Ugo Ihemelu (Colorado Rapids), Michael Parkhurst (FC Nordsjælland), Chris Wingert (Real Salt Lake), Marvell Wynne (Toronto FC)
M: Brian Carroll (Columbus Crew), Ricardo Clark (Houston Dynamo), Eddie Gaven (Columbus Crew), Sacha Kljestan (Chivas USA), Robbie Rogers (Columbus Crew), John Thorrington (Chicago Fire)
F: Brian Ching (Houston Dynamo), Kenny Cooper (FC Dallas), Charlie Davies (Hammarby IF), Chris Rolfe (Chicago Fire)
Who would I like to see start? Well, factoring in that I was not at camp and going by the typical USMNT formation...
Perkins; Wynne, Califf, Parkhurst, Bornstein, Carroll, Clark, Kljestan, Rogers, Davies, Cooper
Back in about 30 with the line-ups...
UPDATE: I nailed the line-up, except for Thorrington is in instead of Carroll and Ching for Cooper. Does this mean we will see a diamond midfield? I'm getting excited at the mere thought of it!!
Here is the pre-game Studio 90 clip:

Good catch. Great name. :D
So, according to the Bretosullivan, Gulati has already thrown in the towel for the Confederations Cup.
We'll be sending our "A" team to Gold Cup and likely this group of B\C teamers to the Confederations Cup.
Wonderful Sunil, just wonderful. The American soccer fan loves being a punchline.
Ives checked up on it and Bretos said later in the broadcast that Gulati confirmed that the A team will be going to the Confed cup.
Thank goodness. It certainly sounded like something we would do, so I had no reason to doubt it.
Thanks for checking!
