Shakhtar Donetsk became the first Ukrainian club (and third from the former Soviet bloc inside five years) to raise the UEFA Cup with a 2-1 extra time victory over Werder Bremen.
After the teams traded keeper gaffes for a 1-1 result through 90 minutes, Jadson's early overtime roller served as both Bremen netminder Tim Wiese's second blunder of the night (after an earlier Neo-in-the-Matrix ball dodge) and the winning goal.
UPDATE: Here is the big mama super mega highlight reel. As you can see, Bremen may have a bit of a gripe at the end there, but it's certainly nothing eye-popping and repeated, such as in a certain Champions League match.
