The line-up is out and kickoff is about 45 away. I'll be back later with the wrap material.
Perkins; Heaps, Conrad (c), Marshall, Pearce; Holden, Pause, Beckerman, Rogers; Arnaud, Ching
Bench: Robles, Evans, Goodson, Cronin, Quaranta, Clark, Cooper
UPDATE: The USMNT rallies from a halftime defecit to down Panama 2-1 in extras, with Kyle Beckerman and Kenny Cooper (winning spot kick) scoring for the Red, White & Blue. My Player Ratings will be up by Monday morning, enjoy the highlights if you missed out.

The reaction across the message boards is pretty bleak - why in the world is Jay Heaps starting over "any who can kick with their right foot"?
Because Jay Heaps is the only right back on the roster. And I think we have had enough of throwing anyone who can kick with the corresponding foot at wingback.
The real problem was not inviting Marvell Wynne as one of the seven added players. I'm not sure what they were thinking.
Agreed on Wynne.
I would have rather seen Evans get another go at Right Back though. Heaps is just way out of his depth.
Pretty rough first half as we abandoned and any ideas of playing soccer and just kicked up the field constantly.
Do you think Bradley ever has a "game plan" for his teams? If he does, it's extremely hard to discern. We've shown no shape and no willingness to build up play so far.
Pretty disgusted by that first half.
I disagree about Evans. He is not a wingback, a very specific position to play.
As for the rest, Panama is sort of inviting the long ball, but you can still be sure I will take back up my rant against using the empty bucket formation against lesser teams. While it does work to against the Brazils, Spains and Argentinas, this tactic is far from sound against the Guatemalas and Panamas - as we have seen many times.
I absolutely hate our low-pressure, conservative approach to the game.
This was the type of team (Panama, that is) that would have folded under consistent pressure, but instead we just sat back and invited them to attack us for about 65 minutes.
Really frustrating.
As for the Heaps thing, I just think we'd be better served with someone else, anyone else. As hard as he tries, he's just out of his league against these players.
Fortunately for us, Panama decided to attack Heath Pearce tonight instead.
On a lighter note:
Some of you are looking at me and going 'Well, at least I'm not like Gaffigan'....and I'm up here going 'Well, at least I'm not like one of those people in the looney bin'....and the people in the looney bin are like 'well, at least I'm an orange'...
I love me some Jim Gaffigan
I thought Heaps was fine, much better than Evans played on that side vs. Haiti.
