Here comes your regularly scheduled Monday morning viewing...
Let's start with the FIFA Under-20 World Cup, where Uruguay sub Tabare Viudez did in England with his scissors. Whoa, that made me think of the very underrated flick Dead Again. Anyone seen it?
Last season's WLG? Dazzler of the Year Zlatan Ibrahimovic weighs in with his first Barcelona job, courtesy of his bizarre beanpole velvet touch and two defenders both running at Leo Messi.
Again... it's not that Liverpool's Fernando Torres scores the spectacular goals, it's how easy he makes the purely difficult look in result. Can you say "separation touch"? (WARNING: announcer volume alert)
Ajax sub Siem de Jong caps Ajax dominance of rivals ADO Den Haag with a volley of a rainbow cross. Can you say "Dennis Rommedahl finally has his mojo back"?
We get our free kick fix from Wolfsburg's Zvjezdan Misimovic, who makes this difficult corner shot look so easy I may yawn ho-hum style. The play leading to the foul (committed by captain Steve Cherundolo, no less) start around the 1:10 mark.
Finally, we have this week's MLS nominees, headlined for my money by Fredy Montero's 30-yard knuckleball.

I always forget how tiny Cherundolo is. He looked like a child battling with Grafite.
Dead again is an excellent film. I will now have to dig it out and watch it again!
