I have a lot just up or coming (a new MLSNet bit with Jermaine Jones, the promised Top 5 List and a S365 Random Thoughts column), but first I'm going to occupy you kids by sticking you in front of the TV...
Let us not dilly dally - it's 2 Good 2 Bad.
ESPN tries to get us primed for the new MLS season with preview roundup... a wasted effort? We shall see.
As we like to do every so often, let's grab a CNN look at the tourney prep in South Africa.
I also like to throw up a good highlight reel featuring an American playing in a league we don't usually see. So, why not check out the season opening win for Alejandro Bedoya and Örebro? After all, Bob Bradley was in attendance - we gotta do our scouting, too.
Finally, we peek in on the San Jose Earthquakes trip to train at Tottenham. You may not remember, but John Doyle actually revealed this partnership deal to me two years ago in an American Soccer Daily interview. I'd link it, but it is gone.

Nice article on Jones. And, as a bonus, you've already got two intelligent, well articulated comments on that article...though I'm not sure how heartburn relief will affect your writing choices.
what does jones have to do with the mls?
@ Peter: It's not just about MLS at the official site anymore.

You know what's hysterical with ESPN? They always play a video when you go on to Soccernet.com and it's always US based, BUTTTT try to find US based reading material and you have to have a degree in Computer Science.
So don't all these people who log on to Soccernet to get their UK footy fix get pissed when they have to watch US commentators tell them what's up? or talk about MLS?
