As we go into overtime... (updated)

I am still monitoring two situations for possible resolutions that beat the buzzer. Yes, the transfer window is officially closed, but there are always a pack of straggler deals that do not get announced right away.

If I hear something, you'll know very soon after.

UPDATE: There are still a few deals coming out, but the post-deadline stream has definitely slowed down. As such, I'm thinking we are done with deals and no grand finale fireworks to this window for us. I'll have my phone near, so if something wakes me up, you'll know in a new post. If not, I'll try tomorrow to figure out exactly what went down near the end. Time for my first proper sleep in days. Have a good one.

Was there ever really any serious interest in Clint? And I also hope one of these moves is Jermaine Jones or he's in for a lot of bench riding...

Yes, there was basically the entire time - I reported much of it. And there are still moves steadily coming out, so there are still deals yet to be announced.

As for which two I'm watching... I'm not telling.

If Dempsey ends of staying with Fulham it's not all bad. Looks like they made some good moves today.

ooooo, look at you greg: are you taking your ball and going home. haha, jokes, i promise.

will you at least tell us which two tomorrow? or will that be part of your top five moves that almost happened that none of us heard of. i have been waiting for that one and i hope now that the transfer market is closed you will spill the details (even if some of the transfers are a few years old).

all in all though: great job this transfer window with giving us scoops and giving us just enough that we keep running back for more.

Great job, Greg! You & NSC have made following deadline day a ton of fun for us.

Get some sleep and start resting up for the Jan window.

Any reason why Jones was out of town instead of training if no deal was done? Or was there a deal that just fell through?

Did we ever learn anything else about what's up with Kamani Hill?
