I have this stupid habit.

When I go to market, there is always one thing I forget. That's whether I go to get three items or 23. On top of all that, it's always something crucial to what is about to be cooked. It's highly annoying, but I do get extra exercise.

Why am I telling you this? Well, I forgot one thing on yesterday morning's mini-serving of goodies, and it's kiiiiind of a doozy.

Long story short (too late), Stuttgart have begun talks with FCN for Timothy Chandler. The German papers got wind of this last night and VfB's coach or technical director admitted it shortly after.

Of course, NSC readers know they've been enamored with him for a while, so it's hardly a surprise. If I ever catch his agent at the right time, there will likely be an MLSS report to follow it.

You are just keep us on our collective toes, Greg! Any insight on why Andrew Wooten was not selected for the U-23 camp? I also saw both Wooten and Boyd scored for their respective teams in their Regionalliga match.

Stuttgart, lateral move no?

I think Stuttgart is historically slightly above Nurnberg...I like the idea that he'd be slotting in for an aging Boulahrouz

@ Lampard:

Good question.

@ Jamie:

Stuttgart is historically and currently a sizable upgrade on FCN.
