How do you say "Ho hum" in Texan? (updated)

I'm really quite sorry if I'm continually boring you... but Fulham goal monster Clint Dempsey has chowed down on another pair in the first half at Bolton. This means we are not only on the lookout for three goal clips (including Bradley's for the prior post), but also that we are on possible hat trick alert.

UPDATE: The goods are in.

sIt seems like Deuce is making smarter runs off the ball this year. The second goal: he slides a few steps towards the endline, then furiously breaks towards the back post, flying through a strong header.Showed good communication and teamwork as well.

That and some of his almost-golazos from years past are starting to go in (see: today's FK goal). Think of all the times he's hit the woodwork ...

On the second goal, is that lump of pixels at center back, attempting to defend Dempsey by running past him and to the near post, Tim Ream? If so, damn, Deuce instigated some nasty American-on-American violence--the footy equivalent of Obama-on-Anwar al-Awlaki.

No, Ream went out to try to block the cross after Duff beat Alonso.

siWhy Dempsey isn't at a bigger club yesterday:

Did anyone else hear the commentator dismiss his FK as "Not the most brilliantly struck?" I've had it up to HEre with English snobbery. If Steven Gerrard had scored that, they'd be trying to get him off through the screen, graphic but appropriate.
