Who likes goals?

Yes, I realize my truancy on the matter of the Grinder is glaring. I've been city hopping all weekend for work and haven't been able to level my gaze appropriately on MLS' doings. I hope to have something up later, but in the event that the day gets away from me, we'll start today with Brad Davis' howitzer to open BBVA (which will henceforth be known as The Bank) in style. Best left foot in the league.

I salute the timing of Aguero's goal rather than the thing itself. Hollywood, make this movie.

A burst of brilliance from Falcao in Atletico Madrid's second Europa League title in three years.

Goal of the season candidate here from Toshihiro Aoyama.

Here's a cracker of a goal from Ponte Preta's Somalia out of Brazil. Unfortunate name. Great goal

It was a great weekend for goals in MLS, so we close out with a pair of great ones, the first of which will garner early goal of the year consideration. The first is Revs young pup Lee Nguyen, and the second is a well taken header from the Crew's Sebastian Miranda from a ridiculous distance.
