New Preußen Münster forward Matt Taylor wasted little time in flirting with the supporters, nailing a hat trick (with an assist) in their 4-2 "cup-set" against esteemed DfB-Pokal guests Werder Bremen.

Why was Taylor a flop in MLS?
killer crossover, not once, not twice, but three times.
Bradley scored in another Roma friendly today against Aris. Nice little flick header.

@ Mikey B: The easy answer is lots of injury woes. I'm sure there is also a more complicated answer.
The complicated answer involves the fact that he used to rock a mullet. Only Marco Antonio "el Diablo" Etcheverry could pull that off. Sweetness of one's mullet is inversely proportional to playing ability. (see, 1980's US national team).
Part of the complicated answer is that he ended up playing for Preki at CUSA. That would send anyone running from the league.
Ha! Agreed. Preki the player = fantastic. Preki the coach = team killer.
OT, but Greg, is there any reasonably good chance that Edu will move somewhere a little higher rung than Ipswich?
