Spector taketh away, then he giveth (updated)

Mere moments after clearing his keeper's line to save a goal, Birmingham right back Jonathan Spector worked a nice combo to level their League Cup tie at Coventry at 2-2 near halftime.

Thata way Spector! Haven't heard from him in a while.

In totally unrelated news, there seems to be a pretty cool documentary being made about Bob Bradley and his Egypt experience. Bradley is a true class act. It is called "We The Pharaohs." The trailer is worth the look.

It's only his third game back from injury.

Yeah, we posted the trailer here at NSC a while back. Should be a good one.

I saw no assists mentioned. He did have a "second assist" that I'm aware of, but to my knowledge no video has surfaced of that one yet.

Was a pretty good day overall for Americans abroad. Anderlecht qualified for the group phase, with Sasha going the full 90. From what I heard, it was an exciting game. That makes how many Americans in the group phase?
