O'Brien-ing (updated)

SønderjyskE midfielder Conor O'Brien was key to their comeback for a 2-2 draw at AGF Aarhus, notching a nice goal to get them on the board and then setting up the late equalizer. With 25 minutes to play, the American (whose agent says he has interest from Belgium and a bigger club in Denmark) was played in alone to lob the keeper for his second goal on the young season.

UPDATE: Oof, my Danish reading skills missed the target this time. As you can see below, O'Brien definitely did not "lob" the keeper.

Hmm. Isn't Denmark's SuperLigean rated higher than Belgium's league? I sat stay in Denmark and go with the bigger team, or if I am his agent shop him around a litte. See if there any offers from the Eredivisie or other top tier leagues. I would advise him against going to Belgium.

Very good player. Wouldn't mind seeing him get a call-up for the November friendly or January camp Cup Cake; seeing as Denmark goes on like a two month hiatus in the winter.
