You've had an appetizer and the goodies keep coming. So as not to cause overdose, let's just ingest slowly for now. I can confirm that Anderlecht has made a second offer for D.C. United winger Andy Najar, putting them rather close to a deal. They are expecting to have a final answer tonight.
UPDATE: Slight correction, as the standing offer is Anderlecht's third try. Two have already been rejected, not one.
And speaking of MLS negotiations, I am told that Stoke City's third offer for FC Dallas ace Brek Shea - the one that reportedly has done the trick - is just shy of £4 million (with the exchange rate, around $6 million).
