Sorry to hit and run like this, but the transfer of Andy Najar to Anderlecht is all set to be announced. He signs a deal until the summer of 2016.

And to think that a week ago people were talking as if this transfer window had already closed.

Word is 3 million.

DC gets a piece of the resale. Not as good as I expected, but solid enough.

"if you look at the clippings of him on the internet then you will see what he is all about." quote from tony pulis, regarding brek shea. i just cant help but find this quote a little funny. i mean, this is how some of the pro coaches in the biggest league in the world are scouting talent.

I might find that Pulis quote funny if he hadn't also commented that they've been aware of him for 3 years. In context, the "clippings of him on the internet" quote appears to be Pulis telling people (perhaps Stoke fans) that don't know about Brek that they can find some exciting footage on the web.

ah, yeah, right. no, tony pulis is working on a different budget then the big teams. stoke is betting that they can cash in on shea in a couple of years.

this is a nice tie in to your debate about MLS having final say. donna presented a very logical argument for the case of MLS control. we are seeing it play out right before our eyes.
