Everybody cut loose. Aron Jóhannsson has just scored for the first time in nearly a month to level AZ's KNVB Cup tie against visiting Heerenveen at 1-1. The forward had come up empty in five straight games (including in three straight Eredivisie losses), but he was in the right place at the right time to deposit a rebound on 19 minutes.

UPDATE: Make that two. The AZ top gun has just capitalized on poor defending to put AZ up 2-1 in the last minute of the first extra session. The Cheese Farmers - who, lest we forget, are the defending champs - have now enjoyed 13 goals from Americans in their last nine KNVB Cup games.
