The Stoke nightmare of Maurice Edu should hopefully come to an end this month. It has seemed very quiet around the midfielder, but I can tell you that a pair of clubs on the continent who have some history with him are on the phones now. That is not all the interest, but it is all I will say for the moment. For Mo's sake, my fingers are crossed one of these two options bears fruit.

Fantastic title
I want him to come to DC with the top allocation spot, even as a DP. He's the kind of guy a team can build around, the type of midfielder DC has lacked for a while- a real partner for Kitchen.
Based on Greg's tags one club is in Turkey (Buraspor) and one is in France. Who remembers which Ligue 1 team looked at Mo?
LReszetar - I believe it was Auxerre
Wooten loan?
Edu on a DP salary would be a complete waste in the MLS salary structure, which I despise btw.
Jermaine Jones arguably wouldn't fit all that well as a DP in MLS either, and of course due to the stupid rules the league has if you're not an incoming DP you go through the asinine allocation process.
@Jon - I don't think Jones is going to MLS until after the World Cup, a DP contract is not even a question but his salary would have to be around $500K-1M a season which is a lot less what he's been making at Schalke.
