I have got news for Aston Villa: the closest you are going to get to a piece of silver since 1996 or entry to Europe over the next couple years (at least) is Brad Guzan monster-stomping you to a cup final, preferably against a Champions League ticket holder. So why is he sitting while you lose your first FA Cup game of the current edition at home to League One Sheffield United?
Somewhere, 2002 League Cup champs Blackburn are feeling bad for you. Just guess who the Man of the Match for that final was... dummies.

Why is Friedel's league cup relevant to Guzan's abilities to win an FA Cup?
Because a great keeper can get you to a final of these tournaments, such as when Friedel led Blackburn there to win it. I could have picked many examples, but chose Friedel because he is also a great American keeper. :)
I was high on Lambert last year, but he needs to go. He is really falling on his face this season.
Never been a big fan.
