Ha-mez. Ha-mez. Ha-mez. The 2014 World Cup has turned into the James Rodriguez show.
Rodriguez, a creative attacking midfielder on Colombia, now leads the World Cup in scoring at five goals after hitting a ridiculous shot off of a chested touch into the back of Uruguay's net. The Monaco star, and former Porto wonderkid, took one look at the goal after receiving a lobbed pass and struck a sublime ball past Fernando Muslera.
Colombia's no. 10 would later double the lead and snag his brace with a short shot from inside of the Uruguay box.
Without Luis Suarez, currently serving a fourth month ban for biting Italy's Giorgio Chiellini, the Uruguayan attack looked weak and out of rhythm.
