Portugal 2 - Ghana 1
NSC Man of the Match: Cristiano Ronaldo
A late Ronaldo goal sunk the Black Stars, who needed to win at least 2-1 to progress onward from the Group of Death. The United States somewhat comfortably moved on despite a 1-0 loss to Germany, in part because of this game's result.
Belgium 1 - South Korea 0
NSC Man of the Match: Not Steven Defour
A red card to Defour brought Belgium down to 10 men, but a 77th minute rebound tap-in by Jan Vertonghen would prove to be the game winner for the group winning Belgians.
Russia 1 - Algeria 1
NSC Man of the Match: The Algerian National Team, who qualified for the knockout stage for the first time.
A 7th minute goal by Russia was negated by an Algerian header from a freekick that beat Akinfeev to tie the game for the North African nation.

A cooling break???? Wtf
D, ESPN's graphic said it was 87 degrees but felt 104 degrees. That was in the 76th minute.
These being 3 days late, why bother at this point?
