Fact of life: Things die.

Some things that were going on before are no longer going on. Let us discuss a couple such things now.

• Fabio Cannavaro is no longer a candidate for the Philly Union head coach job, and so he will not be at the Crystal Palace friendly. It is that simple, really. Sometimes, stuff breaks.

• Olympiakos is no longer chasing Sacha Kljestan. Do not panic too much, though, because there is some other interest around Europe and just today the Anderlecht manager made a remark to local reporters that the US midfielder could still be utilized this season if he stays. Of course, he also said he has not seen the same player since his spring injury, so stay tuned.

A little later on, I will have some fresh goodies that actually exist in this place and time. You gonna like. And tomorrow, I will finally resume the 2018 depth chart exercise. Been super busy with surprise guest in town, yada yada yada.
