Woot-Woot and a Woot

For the third straight Sandhausen game, Andrew Wooten has hit the lone goal winner in the dying moments. This time, it came right near the death against 1860 Munich. I have yet to see video for the first two, but I have hope with it being against the Lions.

Think he'll get a look for the upcoming friendlies?

Figured there'd be at least a little discussion on this, but nothing in 3 days. I guess this blog has cooled off recently.

Sorry, I missed this comment. I would be surprised if he got called up, there are plenty of strikers to fight through now.

I am surprised there seems to be no video of this game.

I just saw that ASN listed him as #30 to be called up in their USMNT friendlies camp predictions. As far as fringe strikers, they have Rubio and Zardes edging him out.

And he just scored again in injury time (penalty) in 2-1 loss.
