Hailing Cesar?

I have confirmed that FC Pyunik scoring king/free-agent-to-be Cesar Romero is currently receiving interest from Serbian champs Partizan Belgrade. However, for now, that is the extent of my knowledge on the situation. I shall keep digging on this one.
