As you surely know, I do not get the continued adherence to a formation that we need to switch out of every time.

How do you guys assess Bradley's burnout rate? He's played every minute of the USMNT games in 2015, and I don't even have to mention his work rate in the WC. He seems fit enough and not very prone to injury, but I still get a little worried.
I'm a little concerned with Bradley's work rate, but he seems to always be fit. In a way this is where being in MLS helps with players fitness. Given the longer break in the winter and the fact that MLS doesn't stop for international dates, he ends up playing less games than he would if he were still playing in Italy. I'd probably be more concerned with how Johnson is going to look in next year's Copa after hardly any 2015 break, then Champions league, Bundesliga, and other domestic competitions. He isn't as likely to start every game for the Nats or club as Bradley, but I think that it is certainly possible that he will play more games than Bradley through that time frame with less long rest.
