Cause I am bored, I'll just point out that, for my money, motm was Nagbe (not that 2 goals isn't awesome), who would not have even played if JK was still coach. Remember back when some people thought JK should have stayed? I'm sure Alfredo Morales playing out of position would have done just as well.
Greg, prediction for lineup Sunday?
Prediction? Hmm. Perhaps something like this...
..........Howard
Yedlin..Gonzo..Cameron..Villafana
.......Bradley..Acosta
.Pulisic..Dempsey..Nagbe
.........Altidore
Or Bedoya could come in for Deuce, sliding Pulisic to the #10 slot. A lot of folks seem to think Wood (and Beasley, for that matter) will start and I suppose it's possible, but I just don't see it.
Interesting. Seems good. A lot of folks seem to be forecasting significantly more turnover from yesterday's lineup. Though I guess that lineup would be basically 1chg per "line."
No FabJo instead of deuce (with Nagbe sliding over)? I kind of hope so< Clint just doesn't look sharp for club or country right now. Not that Fabjo had a good last couple of games either but at least it gives you more defensive coverage.
Looking forward to seeing Acosta/Bradley if you are right!
(I could see DMB based on how gassed Villafana looked early in the second but I hope not).
Greg,
That's your prediction. But how's your wishful thinking line-up now? For T&T, you said you'd save Nagbe for this game, and surely he didn't change that opinion. Does he just slide in for Johnson in that same formation?
