Greg, what did you think of the 3-5-2 that was used in the second half? Do you see it being used in the next two games? I've read several USMNT scribes who believe the 3-5-2 will be used against T&T and Mexico.
I doubt it. To me, it just seemed like a convenient way for Arena to see all the guys he wanted to see. And frankly, if we don't run some sort of formation with four defenders and two defensive midfielders (or a dedicated #6 and a deep #8), I'd say we're highly screwed before we even begin. 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, empty bucket, whatever.
