Weah to go!

Paris Saint-Germain youngster Timothy Weah got the French Super Cup start at center forward on Saturday, and made it pay off with his first competitive goal for the club. The young US international bagged the victors third in a 4-0 rout of Monaco.

And though this doesn't fit the requirements for going up on our NSC scoring chart (in the right column), let's not gloss over the fact that Sunderland's Lynden Gooch potted a stoppage time winner against Charlton on League One opening day. The kid quickly atoned for a restart mishandle by nodding the decider a few seconds later.
