Your USMNT Line-Up v Canada

As opposed to the 3-4-2-1 used in the last game, it looks like Gregg Berhalter is going with a straight up 3-5-2 this time. For me, this means the USMNT will be less adept at hitting on the counter and more eager to control the ball. Meanwhile, Canada appear to be going with the ol' empty bucket. Just one more reason this should be an interesting clash.

EDIT: Hmm, now that I look again, Canada is probably going with the 3-4-1-2. Still an interesting match-up, just for a different reason.

Tonight, I'll be doing ratings for both teams, so it will take a little longer to get the article sent in - have no fear, it'll be on the way soon enough after this one ends.

Looks like what our Olympic team would have looked like? So, if we did qualify for the olympics, would we have brought the A team like every other country did for their federation tournament? "Opportunity" my ass. Let's call a spade a spade here. When we don't qualify for ALL tournaments, we cant truly show "Opportunity." I hardly think playing teams like Martinique presents a true picture of competition at the level we need our guys competing at to win big tournaments. Thoughts on this?
